• We sell handcrafted home fragrance goods, including candles and related items. 
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
   

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are securely processed through GoDaddy Payments.
   

4. Shipping Policy

• Order processing time: 2–3 business days
• Shipping time: 3–5 business days (may vary during peak seasons) 
• Tracking details will be emailed after your order ships
• We are not responsible for delays once your package is with the shipping carrier
• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video
• Packages marked as delivered but not received must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier
   

5. Return & Refund Policy

• All product sales, event tickets, and deposits are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 
• Defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a replacement once the defective item is returned (buyer is responsible for return shipping).
   

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions, etc.) is the property of Lola Candle Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
